At IlluminatedDNA, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when you use our websites, assessment, payment pages, scheduling pages, forms, reports, and communications.

Information We Collect

Personal information: Your name, email address, phone number, role, company or leadership context, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Assessment information: Your assessment responses, scores, bond results, leadership snapshot, report, and related interpretation data.

Payment and appointment information: Purchase status, product, amount, transaction reference, appointment selection, and scheduling details. Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by IlluminatedDNA.

Usage information: Browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, referral source, campaign information, and interactions collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to deliver requested resources and reports; process and confirm purchases; schedule and prepare for conversations and paid reviews; send transactional confirmations and reminders; provide relevant IlluminatedDNA insights and offers where permitted; maintain our customer and revenue records; improve our services and website experience; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable law.

Service Providers

We may share information only with trusted providers that support our operations, including website hosting, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing. These providers may use the information only to perform services for IlluminatedDNA. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Email and SMS Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing message. If you provide a phone number and consent to receive messages, message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Transactional messages necessary to deliver a requested resource, purchase, or appointment may still be sent where permitted.

Cookies and Analytics

We use analytics and related technologies to understand traffic, attribution, assessment completion, checkout activity, purchases, and appointment activity. You may restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some site functions may be affected.

Data Retention, Choices, and Security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using an IlluminatedDNA website, assessment, report, resource, payment page, scheduling page, or service, you agree to these terms.

Assessment and Informational Content

The IlluminatedDNA assessment and snapshot are leadership-development tools intended to reveal patterns for reflection and discussion. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment advice and do not provide a clinical diagnosis. You remain responsible for your decisions and application of any information provided.

Leadership Fracture Review

The $250 founding-client Leadership Fracture Review includes a private 45-minute interpretation and working session with Bernie Saenz, review of your IlluminatedDNA assessment and interpretive report, a personalized 30-day Leadership Action Brief, and a follow-up assessment after approximately 30 days. Availability is limited and appointment times are subject to Bernie's calendar.

Payment and Delivery

Payment is due at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. After successful payment, you will receive access to the private scheduling page and confirmation communications. You are responsible for using the email address supplied at checkout and scheduling your session.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase if the 45-minute review has not yet occurred and the personalized Leadership Action Brief has not been delivered. Completed sessions and delivered personalized materials are nonrefundable.

You may reschedule once without charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments may be treated as completed or rescheduled at IlluminatedDNA's discretion. If IlluminatedDNA must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

No Guarantees

IlluminatedDNA provides insights, facilitation, and leadership-development resources but does not guarantee specific personal, team, organizational, financial, or business outcomes.

Intellectual Property

The IlluminatedDNA framework, assessment, reports, PDFs, action briefs, website content, and branding are owned by IlluminatedDNA or its licensors. Materials are provided for your personal or internal professional use and may not be reproduced, published, distributed, resold, or used to create derivative products without written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, protect private report links, and avoid infringing or misusing IlluminatedDNA materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IlluminatedDNA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, assessment, resources, or services. IlluminatedDNA's aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
